"Are you sure?"

"Are you sure?"  That was my comment when our tax preparer told us the amount of our refund.  Of course, throughout the evening as she was entering the information, calling out questions to the lady in the next cubicle over, it was only a matter of time before my confidence in her began to dwindle.

She had been there since 8 in the morning and it was 7pm at this time...so I'm sure it's easy to get a little foggy minded.  But to me, it was a little unnerving watching her click back and forth on screens, talking to herself, answering her questions and then staring open-mouthed at the computer in utter confusion.

I asked her "is this your first year?"  She replied, "you can tell."  Yeah...yeah I can.
