A Piece of the Pie. Almost.


I hate cravings.  I try to avoid them because in the past, my little craving turns into a monstrous beast who eats the whole thing when I finally cave to the crave.  I can look back over the past three weeks and say with some satisfaction that the sweets have been ignored severely.  I'm not saying I haven't had anything, but going from every day (1-2 snacks or more) to 1-2 a week is pretty awesome to me.

For the past week though, I've been wanting a piece of pie.  I gave in today and fed the beast.  Funny thing is... it didn't even taste that good.  But I had it, I can say I had it, I journaled it and I'm really done.  I feel like the 'need' (such a strange word here) was met.  So let me share the recipe in case anyone else is craving something like pie and would rather not make a whole one to have sitting in the house.

1 Graham Cracker crushed.
1 FF Jello Pudding (I used Chocolate)
2 Tbsp Whip Cream
Layer it like a pie in a teeny bowl and enjoy.
