
All right, I cheated. I did! Before I weighed in, I changed out the tennis shoes I normally wear for a lighter pair with no socks. I'm sure it gave me a 1/2lb lead, but oh well! This week I managed to lose 2.6 lbs and hit my 5% goal. My dear husband lost 1.2lbs and is closing in on his 10% goal.All in all it was a good week, but I gotta get back to moving like I was.
