Well, we weighed in tonight. I can't say I'm thrilled for myself, but my dear husband did excellent. He lost 2.2lbs while I lost .08 lbs. Although we both ate mostly the same things, the only thing I can attribute mine to is that time of the month and maybe the fact my body was in sheer shock and disbelief from the 9lb loss the week before. Other than that, I don't know what it was. I exercised 5 times during the week and tracked points religiously. Guess we'll see what this week brings and I know this isn't a quick fix so I'll keep my eyes focused on the path that lays ahead.
