Posting Interruption... I confess. :)

Tonight at the video store, we rented a game for the Wii called Just Dance 2.  You dance to the music by doing the same moves they do on the video.  It was hard to keep up and some of the songs were outdated, but it was ridiculously fun.  We laughed so hard because we looked like goofballs, but we couldn't stop.  Ninety minutes later, our stomachs hurt from laughing and we were wet from sweat.  So... I take it back and make this confession, there can be joy in exercise.  You just have to find some way to make it fun.
