So I came across a list of what items are comparable to the pounds you've lost...and this was nearest to my weight-loss. We've put in two window a/c's this year and I have to admit, I struggled a bit to lift and push them around. It's strange to realize that weight was a part of me one time.
Anyhow....just thought that was a great reminder of where I've been. Now on to where I'm going, I can't wait.
